When used correctly, can save landowners time and expense in controlling hunter access on their land. For use in states that are regulated by “No Hunting” Purple Paint Statutes, which include:┬áKansas, Missouri, Arkansas, North Carolina, Florida, Michigan, Illinois, Texas, and Maine.

Rules & Regulations for use of No Hunting Purple Paint:

The No Hunting Purple marks must be a vertical line 1″ wide x 8″ high.
Bottom of mark must be between 3′ – 5′ off the ground.
Marks must be in locations visible to an approaching person or group of people.
Marks must be no more than 100′ apart on forestland, and no more than 1000′ apart on non-forestland.Landowner_Protection_Act
