Give Your Tractor A Facelift

Your tractor is the most used, hardest working piece of machinery on a farm. After many years of use, your tractor may not shine as bright as it once did. In a few carefully planned steps and the right products, you can make it look new again.

1. To start

Take the tractor apart and mask off any areas that do not need painted.

2. Is there rust on the tractor?

Sand all surfaces that are scratched or rusted down to the bare metal. Prime the sande
d areas with Majic Tractor, Truck, & Implement Enamel Primer.

3. What type of paint do you need?

Choose a color for your topcoat. For superior durability, use Majic Tractor, Truck, & Implement Enamel, the leading brand in the market.

4. Include a catalyst and hardener

A ½ pint of Majic Catalyst Hardener added to each gallon of paint (16:1) will improve mar resistance, reduce the dry time, and increase the gloss. Majic Reducer can be used with the Catalyst to spray the topcoat. Use only enough Reducer to get the paint through the spray gun.

5. Painting

Apply two thin coats of paint. Let each coat dry a minimum of 24 hours between applications. Lightly sand between coats. Do not paint or allow tractor to dry in direct sunlight. If used properly, Tractor, Truck, & Implement Enamel will save you time and money. Oh, and your tractor will shine like it’s brand new!
